Shipping Policy

UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) — £3.95, free on orders over £90
Express Delivery (1–2 working days) — £5.95

All UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 1pm on working days are processed the same day.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, a second email will be sent with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During busy periods such as new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently shipping within the United Kingdom only. International shipping to Europe, the USA and beyond is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international delivery launches.

DELIVERY ISSUES
