JIA Active is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, background, or technology. We believe that exceptional design should be fundamentally inclusive. KNOWN LIMITATIONS & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

While we strive to ensure every page of our website meets the highest accessibility standards, we recognise that some limitations may exist. As an online store powered by Shopify, we utilise certain third-party integrations, plug-ins, and automated e-commerce apps (such as specific payment gateways, interactive sizing charts, or social media feeds) to run our platform.

Because these external components are built and maintained by third-party providers, they may occasionally fall short of full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Furthermore, certain structural elements of the Shopify checkout flow are locked by the host platform for security compliance, limiting our ability to manually alter the underlying code. We regularly monitor these integrations and actively work with our digital partners to advocate for accessibility updates.
