OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love every piece you receive from JIA. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN

• Contact our Customer Care team at hello@jiaactive.com with your order number and your reason for return
• We will provide you with a returns label within 24 hours
• Package your items securely in the original JIA packaging where possible
• Drop your parcel at any designated drop-off point
• Once received, please allow 5–7 working days for your return to be processed

Please note: the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
